Kay Van Norman is founder and president of Brilliant Aging specializing in exercise and wellness for older adults. Ms. Van Norman contributes significantly to the field of senior wellness as an internationally known author and speaker.
She has authored Exercise Programming for Older Adults (Human Kinetics 1995), its revision Exercise and Wellness for Older Adults (HK 2010), dozens of journal articles and several book chapters. Kay directed the Keiser Institute on Aging from 2000-2003, and currently serves on the boards of the National Council On Aging’s Health Promotion Institute, and the International Council on Active Aging.
